About the Role: 

We are seeking an energetic and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. This role will involve crafting engaging content, growing our online presence, and enhancing brand awareness across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fin-tech.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, design, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
  • Support public relations efforts by promoting company news, announcements, and thought leadership content across social media channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or related software.
