Ag Retail Operations Manager

Role Overview:

This role requires someone with a very strong mechanical aptitude and experience running self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment. The main duties will be dispatching Custom Applicators and overseeing any mechanical work being done in the shop. An ideal candidate would be someone who has been working as an applicator but is looking to further their career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Custom Applicators to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Oversee and manage mechanical work in the shop.
• Ensure that all equipment, including self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment, is maintained and operational.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Foster a team-oriented environment to achieve company goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operations.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
• Full benefits package

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in running self-propelled sprayers and row crop equipment.
• Previous experience as an applicator is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
