Leasing Consultant - Elevate Apartments
MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Elevate Apartments in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate should possess dynamic sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner
- Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for smooth move-ins
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date rental files
- Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents
- Assist in completing monthly administrative tasks and organizing property paperwork
- Interact with residents professionally to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payments
Education
- 1 year of property management experience preferred
