Leasing Consultant- Pallas
MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pallas Apartments in Beaverton, OR. They are looking for someone with dynamic sales and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the property.
Skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Professional etiquette
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner
- Qualify applicants for apartments
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for smooth move-ins
- Maintain up-to-date rental files
- Prepare and oversee leasing processes
- Complete monthly administrative tasks and ensure paperwork is organized
- Interact with residents to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payments
Education
- 1 year of property management experience preferred
