Leasing Manager - 3300 Tamarac
MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Manager for our 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have dynamic sales and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the property.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective residents in a friendly manner
- Qualify applicants for apartments
- Ensure smooth move-ins for new residents
- Maintain up-to-date rental files
- Prepare and oversee lease signings
- Resolve maintenance issues and handle complaints
- Assist in training and oversight of the leasing team
Education
- 2 years of property management experience preferred
