Property Accountant I
MG Properties, a trusted partner in property management, is seeking a Property Accountant I to support financial records and accounting processes. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for career advancement within the organization.
Skills
- Knowledge of property management/accounting software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Process bills and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
- Communicate effectively with vendors, property managers, and regional managers
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Training and supporting Accounting Clerk
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred
