Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities for this position are to improve the pricing strategy through data exploration and analysis, supporting the trade team for SpotOn insights pertaining to utilization of tools, areas of improvement, opportunities and adoption of developing technology to keep Trade competitive and align with market conditions.

The second area responsibilities will include performing duties within the Trade Team in supporting the Commercial Sales team for gaining traction with customers.

The third area of responsibility will include identifying, developing and communicating campaigns to the Commercial Organization and the eCommerce population.

This position will be responsible for the team that will bridge the gap with the incoming advanced technology of AQUA, SPOT, eCommerce and additional tools under development in HO. Responsible to develop with the Training Manager to curate curriculum for using tools as well as coach and develop the Trade Team’s mindset towards shifting the Trade Pricing into a more dynamic and agile team.

Position is responsile to:
Run KPI reports and analyze for insights to business behavior. These to include LISA, LARA, Qlik, eCommerce

Coordinate with Line Managers & Other departments for areas of improvement and monitor the progress. Traffic Light Audits, Price List Audits & suggestions

Manage SPOTON Rates, allocation and coordination of strategy and communication to the organization. (Sales, Trade & Upper Management)

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.

4-6 years Export Trade and reporting experience required.

Sales, Email Automation (mail merge), Visualizations, Process Improvement, Application Development, Project Management, Macros (aware of possibilities), eCommerce Customer Engagement.

Proficient computer skills to include LARA and all Microsoft Office applications.

Skilled presenter capable of leading and facilitating analysis with team.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop, encourage and motivate employees through analysis and improvement suggestions.

Detail-oriented with strong organization and planning skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates knowledge and desire to improve reports, processes, simplify and automate.

Qlik and other Data Analysis.

Strong Excel Skills.

Customer engagement & tracking.
