Overview

The Sales Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our sales processes to drive revenue growth and improve team effectiveness. This role involves analyzing current sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various departments to create a seamless experience for our clients.

You will work closely with the Sales Management and Intake teams, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance our sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record in managing and enhancing sales operations in a high-volume environment.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations or excellence roles, particularly in a legal or high-volume transactional environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and KPIs to drive strategic insights and operational decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that enhance sales performance.
  • Technology Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and data management systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and implement creative solutions.
