You will partner with seasoned security and intelligence professionals across multiple disciplines and leverage Microsoft's world-class products and services to develop and deliver innovative and industry-leading Intelligence and physical security solutions in a close, team-oriented, inclusive, and diverse environment.• Implements and executes the security intelligence and threat analysis program for the Americas region (North America and Latin America) and working closely with the Europe and Middle East and Asia regional teams on global intelligence products.• Creates and delivers assessments and recommendations to business leaders on emerging risks, threats, and trends. Organizes necessary quantitative and qualitative data to support a comprehensive decision-making process.• Develops external data sources and partnerships to fulfill intelligence requirements. Works with the Global Security team to develop and implement strategies to build effective relationships with trusted partners and organizations.• Develops and shares intelligence with key internal & external partners to influence global operations, employee and customer safety, global security issues, and the continuity of Microsoft’s business operations.• Ability to take ideas from concept to completion, meet deadlines, communicate, and follow up swiftly and thoroughly is critical to the success of this role• Manage security suppliers in operational support capacities to ensure mission objectives are being met, including quality of service, delivery, pricing, reporting, and customer satisfaction• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with executive teams and public and private sector partners as part of Global Security's overall strategic plan. This position has regular contact with all levels of Microsoft staff, managers, employees, local and federal law enforcement agencies, and Microsoft suppliers• Embody our Culture and ValuesQualificationsRequired / Minimum Qualifications:• 4+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management• OR equivalent experience.• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification• OR Physical Security Professional (PSP)• OR equivalent Physical Security Certification.• 5+ years of documented security or intelligence background with a proven record of accomplishment of driving business outcomes• Exceptional executive communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset• Broad understanding of the security and protective industry• Knowledge of and ability to use the full range of Microsoft Office suite of products• Operational thinker and problem solver with excellent analytical and reporting skills• Proven communication abilities to drive and maintain credibility, generate trust, and form alliances with internal and external stakeholders and partners• Experience working in Public/Private Partnerships• Understanding of current and emerging risks facing corporate leaders, and the technology industry, including current and emerging digital innovations and trends• Ability to take direction, feedback, and guidance from management and provide frequent project updates to ensure alignment with team goals• Ability to give constructive feedback to others, including management, in a concise, clear, and professional manner• Working knowledge/experience of physical security intelligence topics, risk and security mitigations• Previous experience creating intelligence materials that demonstrate consistently high-quality writing and research skills• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and technical acumen are essential qualities for successSecurity IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
