THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Mid-level Program Manager for our InfoSec team in Brazil!

The mission of the Infosec team is to make Gympass a safer company for its customers, partners, end users, and employees by protecting the entire ecosystem from internal and external threats and contributing to the creation of safe and secure products. The team collaborates with the company's mission by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our ecosystem to make wellness universal and secure at the same time.
This position will report directly to the Director of InfoSec and will have the challenge of managing all the programs and projects alongside the team squads. Ensuring the execution of project timelines and alignment with the company OKRs.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Deliver cybersecurity projects and initiatives for the company using agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently;
  • Stay on top of program schedules providing clarity of risks, deadlines, and efforts to stakeholders;
  • Lead the collaborative cross-team decision;
  • Lead initiatives and organizing inter dependencies across other areas;
  • Facilitate decision-making around changes in cybersecurity technology, standards, and procedures, ensuring the consequences are understood, and changes are visible;
  • Apply experience to practical knowledge to drive the technical evaluation process, which may include points of contact, across internal and external stakeholders in multiple levels;
  • Guide teams into the Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies and fostering a culture of delivery and accountability;
  • Lead the prioritization of InfoSec backlog ensuring alignment of the area with company strategy, developing a backlog for the short, mid, and long term;
  • Monitor and give visibility to OKRs, projects and program status, agile metrics and KPIs, and engage the teams on opportunities of improvements.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a degree in Computer Science or correlated areas;
  • You have experience with Agile Project Management, with a track record of managing medium to large-scale projects;
  • You are able to manage technology, IT, or cybersecurity projects;
  • You have experience with project management and productivity tools (preferable JIRA, Confluence, and Google Workspace);
  • You have experience elaborating project management documentation, including presentations to high leadership;
  • You helped teams to prioritize backlogs, and to balance their daily routines with project workloads;
  • You can identify, manage and communicate with all project stakeholders;
  • You understand information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • You have knowledge in information security certifications (PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC II, etc.)
  • You have the ability to speak English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.
