Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified mortgage professionals, including loan officers, processors, and support staff.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job postings, and promote job openings through various channels.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates proactively, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to promote MiLEND and attract potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, trends, and metrics to senior management.
In this role, you will make an impact by building a strong pipeline of talented professionals to support MiLEND's continued growth and success.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including different loan types, products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and energetic approach to recruitment with a passion for finding the right talent for the right roles.
