Outpatient Coordinator

MIND 24-7 is seeking a Progressions Outpatient Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Progressions Care Team and Service Line. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continuous growth of our mental health services.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome incoming patients, community members, and patrons
Register patients into the electronic health record and verify insurance
Assist in the intake and discharge process for patients
Coordinate outpatient visits and schedule for Progressions Navigators and Therapists
Prioritize inquiries and troubleshoot conflicts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Prepare scheduled required reporting and maintain filing systems
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external patrons
Handle requests and inquiries for the Progressions Care Team
Provide hospitality to guests and create a welcoming environment
Answer phone lines and respond to inquiries
Liaise with facilities for deliverables and distribution
