PRN Registered Nurse-
MIND 24-7 is an Arizona-based company fundamentally changing the delivery of behavioral health care. They are looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure
- At least 1 year of psychiatric, behavioral health, or relevant experience
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Knowledge of seclusion and restraint standards and guidelines
- Knowledge of SafeClinch standards and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and document pertinent information
- Perform medication administration as per facility protocol
- Participate in patient treatment planning as part of the multi-disciplinary clinical team
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment, and medications
- Use verbal de-escalation and therapeutic interventions to de-escalate potentially dangerous patients
- Record all care provided concisely, accurately, and completely
- Draw labs and provide wound care as ordered
- Attend supervision sessions as required
- Complete all other required trainings as assigned
Education
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing program
- Unrestricted license as Registered Professional Nurse
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
