Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and document patient information
- Administer medications following facility protocols
- Participate in patient treatment planning

- Record all care provided accurately and timely
Education
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing program with RN licensure
- Unrestricted RN license
- At least 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health experience
