Apply now!Responsibilities:• Write SEO-driven blog articles and other copy as needed.• Edit long-form digital content for grammar, typos, AP style, tone and brand standards.• Fact-check content, ensure the work meets legal and SEO requirements, and hold our team accountable to a high standard of accuracy.• Research and incorporate feedback quickly.• Pitch new content ideas grounded in our overall content strategy.• Oversee publication of content on our blog and lead our QA process.• Assist in creating and managing schedules for our team.• Deliver assignments to freelancers and support our internal and freelance writers throughout the creative process.• Guide work through the review and approval process.• Manage documentation of approvals, consent forms and images.Requirements:• 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience.3+ years of digital content experience.• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate marketing environment within a regulated industry.• Experience writing and editing for SEO and web-specific constructs (ADA compliance, mobile UX, etc.)• Project management experience is a plus.Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans
