Onboarding Specialist

We’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for our Gateway API channel customers. You’ll ensure that customers are seamlessly integrated from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:• Onboard Customers: Guide customers through the entire onboarding process for our wholesale and Treasury management services.• Communication Bridge: Act as the main liaison between business and technology teams.• Organize & Track: Use JIRA for tracking tasks and OneNote for keeping organized.Requirements:• Experience: 2+ years in Business Systems Data or related experience.• Skills: Familiarity with JIRA and organizational tools like OneNote.About Mindlance:Founded in 1999, Mindlance has been ranked as one of the fastest growing US Staffing firms by SIA for 9 consecutive years.
