We are searching for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team in India, focusing on the US market. As the Manager, you will be tasked with team building, devising winning strategies and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

You will ensure every team member has the necessary information to excel in their work. Your role will include enabling the BDR team to generate high-quality prospects, coaching them, and making data-driven decisions. NOTE - This is a night shift position supporting all US time zones, including the East and West coasts.



What’s in it for you?
  • Lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives targeting and developing enterprise and commercial accounts.
  • Achieve company pipeline objectives by increasing the number of qualified meetings set and taken by Account Executives.
  • Develop and present strategies to leadership for targeting and penetrating accounts.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to identify trends and develop proactive plans for senior management.
  • Manage, analyze, and forecast BDR activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Provide training, support, and technical expertise to BDRs for selling the company's products.
  • Coach BDRs on effective cold calling, objection handling, and qualification techniques.
  • Collaborate with Mindtickle’s Enablement team to ensure BDRs can articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Create and refine call scripts & talk tracks, email, and social media outreach campaigns to improve response rates.
  • Communicate the value proposition to various sales personas.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire sales talent while maintaining high standards.
  • Conduct yearly performance reviews for BDRs and provide feedback.


We’d love to hear from you, if you:
  • Have 3+ years of team leadership experience in BDR/SDR management.
  • Have 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management in software/technology.
  • Have prior experience prospecting into the US and handling India-based BDR team working in the US Hours [Night Shift]
  • Are proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator or similar software.
  • Have a strong track record of exceeding quotas. Achievement of the President's Club is certainly a plus.
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Have experience with inbound and outbound (ABM) sales processes.
  • Are exceptional at overcoming objections and closing.
  • Are dynamic, positive, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Possess excellent verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Have Strong time management and organization abilities.
  • Have had previous training in consultative/solution selling.
  • Are solution-oriented, proactive, and ethical mindset.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree.
