The Sales Operations Analyst works directly with field operation leadership to provide analysis, operational reporting, project management, and general support. Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, organizing partnership enablement information, CRM and sales process implementation, misc. partner documentation, sales data analysis, and reporting.As directed, provide field operations support and participate in field operations projects including analysis, reporting, and operational assistance as needed by the Operations and Sales Teams.EssentialDuties AndResponsibilities• Support in the data gathering and development of Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) for Global Channel.• Oversee partner-sourced pipeline referral programs by maintaining accurate information repository; conduct ad-hoc reporting on an as-needed basis.• Support the Field Operations organization with general data and reporting needs.• Participate in content creation and reviews related to Minitab’s Sales Enablement efforts for Channel Sales.• Identify process shortcomings and areas for improvements within the global sales operations and partnerships ecosystems.• Partner with various departments to develop technology resources, process changes, and enablement.• Project management and coordination on an as-needed basis for misc. initiatives across Field Operations, with a key focus on impacts to Channel.• Develop and maintain inventory of Channel Sales content across all content repositories.• Maintenance, administration, and deployment of global channel tech stack (Partner CRM, Minitab Partner Portal, PRM, content repositories, etc.).AdditionalResponsibilities• Support Sales Operations & Enablement teams with periodic tasks and projects as needed.• Support in the development and improvement of reporting across Field Operations.• Support with strategic initiatives across the Sales, Channel, and Operations teams.• Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for business operations.• Maintain an awareness of cybersecurity, technical, legal, geographical, and cultural differences and provide solutions to ensure compliance.• As directed, complete tasks and projects and act as backup to other areas of the Sales Operations & Enablement team.Education, Knowledge, And Experience• Bachelor’s degree, with coursework in business information systems and administration, or comparable work experience.• Technical abilities:Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Dynamics CRM, Excel, PowerBI, PRM.• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.• Project management experience including scheduling, planning, and managing projects to completion is a plus.Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.• Awareness of B2B practices in a global environment preferred.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to create and maintain project lists and timetables for a large team with strong attention to detail.• Possess a positive attitude, a strong commitment to business development, client service, and professional growth.• The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions.• Highly motivated, willingness to think outside the box, and work collaboratively in a team environment.• Ability to speak, write, and understand the English language required.• Readily takes on new challenges without unnecessary planning and displays a can-do attitude in good and bad times.• Takes personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures.
