Senior Project Manager, Banking- USA

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for helping Minna to identify, manage, and mitigate key risks that may keep the company from achieving its strategic objectives. This role is for an experienced enterprise project manager, who has retail banking experience, You will own ensuring seamless integrations of our subscription management platform into our bank clients' systems, including the front end of the banking application. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering projects on time, on budget, while always seeking to exceed performance metrics and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilitie• Foster strong client relationships and manage cross-functional teams to ensure our customers derive value from our solution. Serve as the primary client point of contact and trusted partner for project-related communications• Use strong leadership, deep project management expertise, and your proven ability to navigate complex, multiple dependency environments• Collaborate closely with bank clients to understand their needs, performance metrics, and project expectations. Develop a deep understanding of competing priorities to proactively solve challenges and ensure ongoing alignment with global business objectives• Lead end-to-end project management, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. This includes comprehensive implementation plans with aligned tasks, timelines, resources, and budget requirements• Monitor and report project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones to clients and internal stakeholders• Coordinate across multiple functions; including product, engineering, data/insights, sales, account management, and client teams• Conduct project retrospectives to gather feedback and continuously improve project management processesRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in enterprise software implementation, with at least 3 years in an international or global capacity• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Must have a proven track record of facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders• Experience with managing projects onsite at client locations is mandatory• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Should be able to speak to deep experience in managing project risks, proactively identifying roadblocks and devising mitigation strategies• Experience working with retail banking clients required, either in the role of software vendor or managing projects within a bank environment• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is desirable• Must have flexibility for frequent onsite work at client location• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities easilyAbout MinnaMinna Technologies is the global market leader for subscription management embedded in banking and fintech apps, partnering with top-tier banks, fintechs and subscription businesses.
