The Project Manager at Land Expression will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
Pay ranges from $115,000 to $128,000 per year.
