Front End Engineer

minware is seeking an early Front End Engineer to help build their product from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software, with a focus on scalability and code quality.

Skills

Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React or similar technologies

Responsibilities

Develop UX/UI components for customer-facing applications
Define minware's capabilities with product managers and customers
Maintain code quality standards through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration
Manage tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements backlog
Optional: Conduct interviews and assist in hiring other engineers
