Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MIS Executive. As a MIS Executive, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating various types of reports for Marketing Org. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data management processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately input and update data to build reports and dashboards, following established guidelines and procedures.
2. Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, ensuring data quality and integrity.
3. Perform data cleaning and formatting tasks to ensure uniformity and standardization of data.
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data by adhering to company policies and procedures.
5. Retrieve data from different sources, such as documents, spreadsheets, or digital files, and input it into the appropriate systems.
6. Identify and resolve data entry issues or discrepancies by collaborating with relevant teams or individuals.
7. Keep accurate records of completed tasks, track progress, and report on any data-related issues or concerns.
8. Assist in generating reports, charts, or graphs based on the entered data, as required.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data entry technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree; additional certifications or relevant training will be a plus.
2. 2 Years of proven experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
3. Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks.
4. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and database management systems.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team.
7. Strong communication skills to clarify information and effectively communicate any issues or concerns.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
