Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager - Home Health


This is a full-time, exempt position at Mission Home Health located in San Diego, CA


Compensation: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year


The Clinical Manager effectively manages the clinical operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis.

Position Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

- Two years of Home Health experience.

- Medicare home health experience required.

- Current RN licensure in the state of California.

- Have valid driver’s license with no restrictions and auto insurance meeting state’s insurance coverage minimums.

- BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years of home health care experience.

- Preceptor experience preferred.
