RN Lead - Home Health

As the Home Health RN Lead, you will oversee and support our team of skilled home health nurses, ensuring our patients receive top-quality care. Compensation starting at $55/ hour, DOE, open to negotiation!

• Supervise and lead a team of home health nurses: Direct and support a team of nurses to ensure effective home care delivery.
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure their implementation: Develop and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring they are followed for optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to the nursing team: Offer expert advice and mentorship, supporting nurses' professional growth and maintaining high care standards.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations: Keep current with healthcare regulations and ensure all practices adhere to legal requirements, safeguarding patient safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care: Work with other providers to coordinate and improve patient care.

• Current Washington RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare
• OASIS experience preferred
