Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager

The Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Brand Manager.

Job Overview

The Retail & Wholesale Marketing Manager will be working across all Wholesale and Retail partners, supporting their growth, increasing our brand presence, and driving commercial success through these channels. This position is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for all of our Retail locations, as well as account marketing-related and sales support activity across all Wholesale divisions - Majors, Specialty, and Golf.

This position builds close team relationships across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Planning, and Product and ensures relevant insights/assets/tools are shared and leveraged among key stakeholders. The Visual Manager will report directly to this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

Retail

  • Create and manage Retail Marketing budget
  • Ensure stores have all marketing assets to support key initiatives, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage Visual Manager, ensuring stores represent the brand and are in-line with our Go-To-Market calendar
  • Brief marketing needs to the Creative team and manage the process from inception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Lead weekly Retail x Marketing meetings ensuring the agenda is maintained and updates are effectively communicated internally and with the field
  • Partner closely with the field to understand performance and identify areas of opportunity from a marketing perspective
  • Lead New Store Opening roadmap to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time execution from kick-off to turnover
  • Drive close and lasting relationships with current and future retail centers to amplify reach and drive traffic to stores
  • Partner closely with corporate channel leads to align on communication strategies for Retail - including Email, SMS, and Endear
  • Source and order all branded swag for retail stores and events

Wholesale

  • Create Wholesale Marketing budget in partnership with the sales team
  • Lead and execute account marketing-related and sales support activity across all Wholesale divisions- Majors, Specialty, and Golf
  • Lead weekly Wholesale x Brand meeting ensuring agenda is maintained and updates are effectively communicated
  • Brief marketing needs to the Creative team and manage the process from inception to execution, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Ensure accounts have all marketing assets to support key initiatives, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Lead and manage Tradeshow roadmap to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time execution, including but not limited to, booth design, marketing collateral, swag, and gifting
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships while owning all communication with external partners to successfully execute trade shows including design approvals, set up, and take down

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or equivalent combination of skill and experience
  • 4+ years of Retail Marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills with excellent follow through
  • Disciplined attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to think strategically and on your feet in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and lead cross-functional teams and projects to success
  • Applied knowledge of in-store visuals and presentations
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Proficient in G Suite Applications
