Nemours is seeking an SEO Analytics Specialist (hybrid/remote) to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.Nemours Children's Health Digital Analytics team is growing and seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analytics Specialist. As an SEO Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to optimize our SEO strategies, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic to our websites. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing SEO performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our online visibility and business success. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate previous successes in improving SEO in previous work experiences. Ideally based in Delaware, we are open to hybrid or remote workers, but the candidate is expected to work east coast hours.Essential Functions1. Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion rates.2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords, trends, and opportunities for content optimization.3. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics tools to understand user behavior, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels.4. Develop and own custom reports and dashboards to track SEO performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.5. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our SEO performance against industry peers and identify areas for improvement.6. Identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for website improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability enhancements.7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine analytics.8. Communicate SEO insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.RequirementsBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience performing search engine optimization required; 7 years preferred.Experience with one or more of the following platforms required:Google Search Console, SEMRush or MOZ (or similar tools), Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics or other relevant SEO toolsAs one of the nation's premier pediatric health care systems, we've made a promise to do whatever it takes to prevent and treat even the most disabling childhood conditions.
