Responsibilities

Support the development of creative and strategic plans for servicing clients and growing existing client business
Draft client agendas, emails, call recaps, press materials, and pitch letters
Write error-free internal and external communications materials such as client memos, reports, and social media copy
Conduct media monitoring and report results
Support research and audits of media and stakeholder sentiment surrounding clients and competitors
Work with team to execute program activations and coordinate logistics
Effectively respond to client needs and requests
Provide support to brand teams and develop systems to ensure efficient management of the account
Continually seek to evolve knowledge in your specialty, client’s business, and industry trends
