Is this you?  

●        Minimum of an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts) in communications, journalism, or related field

●        1-2+ years PR/job-related experience in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related fields, with direct wine, spirits, hospitality and lifestyle client background preferred

●        Strong detail and organizational skills

●        Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects effectively

●        Excellent verbal communication skills

●        Excellent writing skills, both technical and creative

●        Strong news writing and reporting proficiency

●        Good base of media contacts

●        Demonstrable media pitching skills

●        Solid understanding of social media and how to utilize it

●        Sensitivity to deadlines

●        Ability to anticipate needs and learn quickly

●        Sensitive listening skills (from client, supervisor, and media)

●        Results-oriented thinking, effective judgment, and ability to anticipate, spot, and fix problems

●        Self-motivated and resourceful

●        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

●        Computer proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google programs; Cision, MuckRack and other PR programs a bonus

●        Good sense of humor and a love for wines and spirits is a must!
