User Researcher
Modern Health is a mental health benefits platform looking for a User Researcher to run and support research for critical initiatives, delivering user-centered insights.
Skills
- 3+ years of user research experience
- Strong foundation in research practices and methodologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
- Comfortable in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic and tactical research questions
- Deliver high-quality insights from research
- Conduct qualitative or quantitative research
- Partner with various teams to drive and deliver new products and features
Education
- Background in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience
