3+ years of user research experience
Strong foundation in research practices and methodologies
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
Comfortable in ambiguity

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategic and tactical research questions
Deliver high-quality insights from research
Conduct qualitative or quantitative research
Partner with various teams to drive and deliver new products and features

Education

Background in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
Equivalent practical experience
