Remote Content Moderation - Norwegian (3986)

ModSquad has partnered with a leading technology and data-driven solutions company to give advertisers more control over where their ads appear.

Members of this team periodically review YouTube channels in multiple languages and we are currently seeking a new Norwegian-speaking Moderator to join our International Team.

Project Hours:

Extremely flexible! You can work whatever hours you'd like as long as you're able to self-schedule 5 hours per week and meet three deadlines each month.

Deadlines:

First: around the 7th of each month

Second: around the 14th of each month

Third: around 21st of each month

• Moderating content in YouTube videos
• Following approved processes and adhering to strict client guidelines
• Providing thorough and accurate documentation for all interactions
• Keeping up to date on all procedures; they change frequently
• Submitting timely shift reports detailing all activity from each shift

• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with YouTube
• Familiarity with the latest social trends, memes, etc. 
• Must be thick-skinned as some of the content, while within YouTube guidelines, may be against your personal beliefs
• Aware of online trends and emerging platforms
• Critical thinker who works well under pressure
• Professional Norwegian proficiency
• Must be able to describe in English their summary of the contents of the videos or why the channels do not pass the criteria

***IMPORTANT***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct (punctuation, capitalization, spelling, correct tense usage) and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!

Please note:  A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
