We're looking for a Product Manager with solid Aha! experience. 

About You

Level: Senior

You’ll be part of the Modus Create product management team. As a consulting company, the product management team is focused on driving real outcomes for our clients. We are focused on working with our clients to align on product goals and visions, understand problems and markets, ideate on solutions, find product-market fit, and grow usage and retention.

In your day-to-day client work, you will regularly interact with the client’s product team. 

This position focuses on understanding product processes and to identify any gaps or improvements that the client may want to improve before making any tool configuration changes.  You will also be performing Aha! customizations, setup, and roadmap report generation. These will often happen in the context of shorter engagements, but you may do some ongoing work for an existing client to support their product practice with an eye to Aha! You’ll have the following responsibilities for these short term strategy projects:

Assess Needs Surrounding Aha!

You will want to get a picture of their product management and strategy approach, and how this might be best adapted or configured to Aha! You will look to get an understanding of external apps that could be or should be integrated with Aha! This might include issue tracking software like Jira, idea generation tools including Salesforce, or anything else that could bridge into Aha! You are also comfortable talking to execs and key stakeholders about what kinds of reports and roadmaps that would be meaningful to them.

Customize Aha!

You feel very comfortable working in Aha!  You are likely certified, but that’s not critical. You are adept at organizing epics and features, setting releases, customizing roadmaps and reports. You understand how issue tracking integrations work and are able to navigate the gotchas to ensure live roadmaps show the true status of work in progress. You are familiar with the ideas portal and how to set it up and configure it.

Real World Product Management 

You get product management. You understand the importance of knowing the user, driving the business goals, and best practices product management. You know about backlog grooming and prioritization. You are comfortable taking the lead and guiding by example. 

You have 2-5  years experience performing the duties listed above. As a bonus, you are Aha! certified and/or have consulting experience.

Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.
