We aim to lead the markets we serve by requiring the solutions we offer customers provide an improved benefit/risk profile as compared to existing standards of care; a performance threshold that, guides and ensures the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts result in outcomes that advance the standard of care.What You’ll Work On• The Senior Product Manager is a driver of the success for the Stroke Prevention product line in the Structural Heart business unit. Main therapy focus responsibilities will be centered on the LAA product and franchise.• This position will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of US strategy execution including peer-to-peer programs and brand awareness.• Maintain US product portfolio expertise including market sizes and trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning, balancing internal and external needs for each product.• Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for Stroke Prevention and related disease states.• Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level and development of marketing programs which enhance field and customer experience.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.• Build product demand through focused market development tactics partnering with field sales• Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.• Manage field device demo needs and working with communications manager to manage promotional collateral.• Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.• Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.• Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.• Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for SP products.• Will be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.Required Qualifications• Prior marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industry.• Bachelors’ Degree with 6+ years related marketing or product management experience. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
