Dominion House is a short-term, stabilization group home located in Schenectady, NY. The Dominion House Program Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the staff members and clients onsite. The program serving 12 adults who have a diagnosis of a severe mental illness with co-occurring disorders such as substance use, chronic homelessness and are in need of stabilizing in the community. Clients want to reach their full potential and gain the skills for independent living. We only provide verbal interactions with clients, there is no personal care and no physical restraints.
