What is a Wellness Assistant?
A Wellness Assistant is a full-time, licensed CNA that delivers the best care possible on a short-term basis (most visits are <3 hours/client). These are the top caregivers in the country who go beyond what’s required to make sure their clients are healthy AND happy.
What does a normal week look like for a Wellness Assistant?
For most of your week, you will:
Deliver cares for clients in your area including transportation, personal care, medication reminders, companionship (the stuff you’ve already been doing for years!)
For a small part of each week, you will:
Join our weekly team call with our owner and team to share feedback and ideas
Host events in the community to empower more seniors (we’ll take care of everything for you, you just show up!)
Visit our local partners to build more relationships
What qualifications are you looking for?
We are looking for creative problem solvers who are excited to deliver the highest quality care. Specifically:
The ability to think on your feet and creatively problem solve client needs
An eagerness to work with 5+ clients in a single day
An extreme sense of compassion and empathy for others
A desire to figure out how to service more clients WITHOUT sacrificing any quality of care
Like to use technology and are eager to use it more to do your job even better
10+ years of directly working with seniors
A valid CNA license to operate in the state of Arizona
What is the interview process?
We have a 5 step interview process:
Apply right here on Indeed!
Book a 15 min screening phone interview.
Then a 25 min video interview with a hiring manager
The top 10% of applicants will be invited for a final round interview in our home office (inside Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale).
We’ll extend an offer and you start onboarding!
How can I apply?

Your active and valid CNA certificate number to deliver care in AZ
You must be willing to service clients in their homes in Anthem, Glendale and other surrounding areas
To stand out, please answer our screening questions!
