  • Answer emails 
  • Generate contracts
  • Send invoices and payment links
  • Make sure clients have the correct access
  • Manage social media
    • Schedule social media 
    • Manage DMs, comments, engagement
    • Create social media posts
    • Repurpose content 
  • Manage projects and send reminders for deadlines 
  • Create sequences in Active Campaign
  • Attend a few set meetings a week
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
