The Role
Monad Labs is looking for an Events Lead to join our team in New York City! As the Events Lead, you will develop strong vendor relationships, use analytical insights to improve upon and hit event objectives, and play the key role in creating memorable experiences for attendees. Your efforts will define the Monad event experience and ensure that every hosted event maintains or raises the bar in delivering an exceptional experience for an audience that spans investors, builders, developers, and partners. The ideal candidate is meticulous, charismatic, and passionate about crafting and delivering memorable social experiences.

Minimum full-time salary of $150,000 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; a final offer amount may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, domain expertise, and geographic location).
