Monarch Communities is excited to announce an opening for the Assistant Health and Wellness Director at our beautiful location in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you'll directly report to our Director of Health and Wellness, where you'll play a critical part in conducting resident assessments and ensuring the well-being of our community members. As an RN with us, you’ll supervise the LPN care staff, providing them guidance and ensuring that every resident receives the exceptional care they deserve. Your day will involve monitoring health, safety, and well-being of our residents, assisting with medication training, and maintaining the highest clinical quality standards. At Monarch, we not only prioritize the health of our residents but also foster a collaborative and supportive workforce. If you have at least 2 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a related health setting, and if you’re passionate about working with individuals affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia, we want to hear from you!
