The Health and Wellness Director (Registered Nurse/RN ) oversees the on-going day-to-day operations of the health and wellness department including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care. The Health and Wellness Director (RN) is an exempt, salaried position, reporting to the Executive Director and also has a dotted line to the Regional Health & Wellness Director.

At Monarch Communities, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Health and Wellness Director (RN) to join our incredible team at our Haddonfield, NJ location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our health and wellness department, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. As the Health and Wellness Director, you'll be directly involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents, shaping their overall experience in our caring community. You will conduct thorough assessments, monitor progress, and guide our health and wellness associates in providing hands-on care. With responsibilities ranging from conducting nursing audits to coordinating support services and maintaining budgetary guidelines, each day is rewarding and impactful. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Executive Director, offering a salary range of $120K-$130K. If you possess a current NJ RN license and have at least four years of supervisory experience in Senior Living or similar environments, we want to hear from you!
