As a Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Monarch Communities, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the residents’ health and well-being, assisting in training for medication administration, and supervising a team of Certified Nursing Assistants. You’ll also conduct thorough assessments of residents, ensuring that all nursing care aligns with state regulations and community policies, while maintaining clinical quality assurance standards.

To become a Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Monarch Communities, candidates must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and possess a current LPN license. While at least two years of experience in long-term care, home health, or a hospital setting is preferred, experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias is essential.

The Wellness Nurse (LPN) position at Monarch Communities offers a part-time schedule of 22-29 hours per week. Shifts are available during weekdays and alternate weekends, with options like weekends from 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm, as well as per-diem shifts to accommodate your personal schedule.
