To help fuel and manage this growth, we are hiring a Senior Recruiter within our Customer Engineering team, to build influential relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, while successfully bringing top-tier talent into the business.As a Recruiter, you are responsible for all parts of the recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing and partnering with our Sourcing Specialists to build strong candidate pipelines; partnering with and guiding hiring managers throughout the hiring journey; and using data to analyse progress and steer hiring in the right direction; whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative environment, the role could be ideal for you.We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Sydney for our hybrid working model.ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering with them on everything from setting data-driven recruiting strategies, to closing candidatesDevelop sourcing strategies to generate a sufficient pipeline, using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcingEngage with candidates from the screening process through to offer negotiationLeverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through funnel and keep consistently clean data for reportingEstablish relationships with client groups to understand their business objectives and challenges, to ensure the selection process results in quality hiresPartner with the HR team on compensation, benefits, global mobility and everything in betweenCreate and ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the full hiring processRequirements3+ years experience in end-to-end recruiting role, ideally with some experience in a corporate environment at a software or technology company.Experience recruiting for professionals across a wide range of Professional Services, Technical Services and Pre-Sales roles is advantageousStrong stakeholder engagement experience; proven ability to enable and guide leaders as a trusted advisorA proven record of employing creative sourcing strategiesPossess a data-driven mentality, with demonstrated ability to use data to shape your recruiting strategyAbility to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hatsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you are a passionate talent acquisition professional and you focus on delivering best-in-class recruiting results, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you have a proven track record of acquiring the best sales talent, and are comfortable being in a very visible role with a high level of accountability, let’s talk.To drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
