The role of Senior Manager, Learning & Organizational Development has a critical role to play in this journey. The People Team is currently focused on enabling change at scale, as well as integrating our Leadership Commitment framework across our employee experience and people processes. Based on our company’s values and leadership principles, the Leadership Commitment defines expectations for every person at MongoDB and these expectations collectively define our culture. The Senior Manager of Learning & Organizational Development will work with the Director of Learning & Organizational Development to design and deliver strategies and solutions to advance our People team priorities and integrate and activate the Leadership Commitment for all employees.
This role is a part of the Culture, Talent and Development Team, a Center of Excellence on the People Team. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
