Monitoring / Operations & Automation Program Manager

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining executing overall program / projects plans
• Holding weekly, monthly quarterly steering committees
• Management of program budget
• Management of Risk’s Issues log
• Interface with other Digital workplace / IT programs managing closely the dependencies, escalating critical issues immediately to the sponsors for remediation
• Maintain overall portfolio of Digital workplace place compute projects
• Manage the various projects that are impacting IT and ensure successful delivery
• Maintain Project Plans, budgets, risk & issues logs across the portfolio
• Produce Status reports and governance oversights presentations on progress
• Manage Escalations with stakeholders and sponsors, driving to resolution.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years’ experience in Enterprise Program & Project Management.
• Experience managing Digital Experience Monitoring & End user Automation projects.
• Experience in supporting setting up new teams.
• Experience interfacing with C Level Executives, managing steering committees
• Agile & Waterfall experience
• Experience updating C level on progress
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and large portfolios
