What You’ll Be Doing


As the PR & Partnerships Manager reporting into the Marketing Director, Netherlands at Greetz, you will play a crucial role in helping Greetz grow. You will be the driving force behind crafting a compelling brand and product narrative that resonates with target audiences, while simultaneously building mutually beneficial partnerships that advance the organisation’s objectives. 


Key Responsibilities
  • developing and implementing a PR & Partnerships strategy that aligns with the Greetz overall strategy and objectives
  • the development of PR and partner propositions that inspire, inform and motivate consumers to drive sales and increase customer acquisition, which will support us achieving ambitious business targets and objectives. 
  • end-to-end project management of all PR & Partnerships activities
  • building and managing a network of relevant key media & partnership relationships
  • writing & distributing press releases and other PR & partnership materials.
  • monitoring media coverage and responding to inquiries
  • managing PR and partnership marketing opportunities from strategic planning through to negotiation, implementation, delivering results for all parties
  • identifying & cultivating PR & Partnerships opportunities that align with the organisation’s goals and marketing purposes. closely monitoring the performance of your campaigns and analysing the results. Based on the insights, you will continuously optimise our activities and strive for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • working closely with the Netherlands Communications & Content team to bring partnerships and activations to life, as well as your peers (PR Lead, and Partnerships Manager) within the UK to share knowledge, expertise and reduce duplication of effort


About you:
  • ideally have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree related or closely related to this role or qualified by experience
  • ideally have 4-years+ work experience within a relevant commercial marketing role, preferably gained in retail/e-commerce
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing PR & Partnerships strategies
  • Ability to be an ambassador for the business to build and manage a network of key media and partnership relationships
  • Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end project management of Marketing activities.
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management and engagement
  • you must have great negotiation skills
  • you must be results-oriented, and data driven
  • you can handle ambiguity and responding fast to changes
  • strong communication skills (both written and verbal in Dutch and English)
