Bilingual (English and Spanish) Litigation Assistant

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Assistant to support attorneys in their fight for consumer rights. Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience in a law firm setting.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties including scheduling and organizing case files
Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
Organize legal documents and evidence
Draft and proofread legal correspondence
Research laws and regulations for case preparation
Manage client billing and resolve issues
Communicate with clients for scheduling
Provide general administrative assistance

Education

High school diploma or GED
Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
