Employment Law Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team, committed to defending consumer rights.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of litigation documentation
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Organizational skills

Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and affidavits
E-file court documents in state and federal court
Conduct legal research and factual investigation
Prepare discovery documents and responses
Organize case files and manage logistics
Aid attorney with interrogatories and discovery requests

Education

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
