Responsibilities

File appeals for clients within SSA's deadlines
Assist clients with questions regarding their paperwork
Communicate with SSA about client claims
Review files for potential issues
Prepare RFH files for transfer to legal teams
Present case synopsis to attorneys when required
Manage case files from intake to closing
Maintain organized case files
Interact daily with clients via telephone and email

Education

High School diploma or GED required
