Morgan & Morgan is a personal injury law firm seeking a Case Manager in Training to support multiple attorneys while gaining valuable experience in case management.

Responsibilities

Make initial call to client after signing
Accept inbound and place outbound calls to clients
Request coverage follow up to the coverage team
Transfer case to Case Manager once file opened
Create new files and enter information into case management software
Document all activity in the system

Education

High school diploma or GED required; college preferred
