Morgan & Morgan seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to support its Louisville offices in the pursuit of consumer rights.

Skills

Litigation experience
Strong communication skills
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
Maintain client relationships
Prepare legal reports and documents
Interaction with expert witnesses
Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, and hearings
Assist with managing Case Managers

Education

Law degree from an accredited law school
Active member of Kentucky State Bar Association
