We are looking for someone with proven experience and professional change management skills, demonstrated critical and strategic thinking, and exemplary communication. This role will be part of the firm’s Change Management team aligned with our Enterprise Business Transformation group, working on projects of varying complexity in close partnership with internal clients, including leaders within our service lines of business and functional departments.As a Change Manager, you will develop change management plans for key initiatives, with support and oversight from the Change Management Senior Manager, working collaboratively with project sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders throughout the firm; both leading and executing the work of change management. You will also be part of the firm’s change community of practice supporting the development of change capability across the organization.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Effectively manage multiple streams of work in close partnership with internal clients (e.g., service line and/or functional leadership), project teams, and other stakeholdersApply structured change methodologies that integrate with project and program management to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativeConduct diagnostic change activities, including discovery, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments;Provide observation/assessment summary and recommendationsParticipate in developing change management plans, including appropriate change interventions based on the level and complexity of the impact, identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, communications relevant to change initiatives, and defining success metricsSupport ongoing integration of changes that have been implemented focusing on sustainability and performance measurementDevelop, track, and communicate project status as it relates to change management activities including progress against timelines, risks, etc.Collaborate with Internal Communications, Learning & Development, and others to align and optimize change strategies and executionServe as a change champion by inspiring project leaders and stakeholders to be change enthusiastsProvide coaching and internal change consulting to project sponsors and teamsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in business, change management, organizational design, human resources, learning, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of change management or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated experience with applied knowledge of contemporary change methodologies and facilitation techniquesProven track record of leading through influence, building long-term relationships, and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectivesStrong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firmExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders, leaders, and partnersAbility to collaborate and work effectively across functions and teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing othersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify creative solutions, and resolve conflictsProficient at developing and delivering leader-facing presentations (e.g., fluency in PowerPoint)Professional certification preferred (CCMP/PROSCI, PMP, PHR)Ability to travel as needed, up to 5%Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
