We’re on the hunt for a brilliant Junior Designer who is eager to take themselves & MOTH to new heights.

Role overview                                                                                        

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join MOTH, helping to continue the creation of a distinctive brand with meaning and longevity. We are a small team growing very quickly so be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into many aspects of the business. You will be able to work across multiple formats of print and digital, consistently delivering the MOTH identity whenever it appears, creating an iconic and memorable idea in consumer’s minds.

You will be an original thinker, someone that is able to take visual and verbal briefs, and create powerful, recognisable results. You will have a portfolio that demonstrates robust, dynamic and beautiful work.

You will be a wizard in Adobe packages, and comfortable taking idea from brief through to artwork delivery.                                                                                                                                                      

Responsibilities                                                                                                                 

  • Translate creative direction into amazing executions, ensuring MOTH maintains the highest design standards
  • Reporting to the Head of Design and working closely with the Mid-weight Designer and Content Creator you will continue to develop and own the MOTH visual identity and guidelines
  • Manage artwork origination from weekly design requests from the marketing team, up to entire multi-channel campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing team to manage artwork deadlines and submission across all sales channels
  • Keep brand assets organised and be a workflow guardian on the server
  • Maintain perfect time management and communicate timelines to the wider team
  • Work with video & photo assets to create a variety of engaging digital ads
  • Able to work with video content

Experience

  • 2+ years experience
  • Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign skills
  • Video editing/motion graphics skills beneficial
  • Strong and diverse portfolio

We put lots of time and care into our interview process so that new MOTHs feel fully part of the team from the minute they walk into MOTH HQ. Therefore, our benefits are available to all MOTHs from day one without any minimum service requirement: 

Flexible working hours - Core working hours are 10am-4pm so you can choose your working hours to suit you (e.g. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm)

Bonus - up to 20% subject to personal and Company Performance, paid annually
